Winemaker Dinners in the Tallman Dining Room

 
Meet some of Lake County's finest owners and winemakers at this series of monthly Winemaker Dinners in the beautiful dining room of the Tallman hotel.  The evening features a sumptuous four course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Nick Heidemann (at left) and designed to pair perfectly with the featured wines.  The Saturday night events are limited to 30 guests and begin at 6:00 for a 6:30 seating. 

Reservations can be made by calling the Hotel at 707-275-2244.  $60-65 per person plus tax. Ask the hotel for special room stay rates for Winemaker Dinner guests.

Saturday, January 28
- Four course Italian feast paired with the Italian Style wines of Rosa d'Oro Vineyards in Kelseyville.  Owner Nick Buttitta and family members will be here along with Chef Nick Heidemann to introduce each course.  $60

Saturday, February 18 - The biodynamic wines from the beautiful lakeside Ceago Vinegarden in Nice will be featured at this dinner.  Owner Jim Fetzer, winemaker Barney Fetzer and other family members will be here to discuss their wines.  $65

Saturday, March 10 - Wonderful and hugely popular wines produced by Gregory Graham at his property in Lower Lake will be featured at this dinner.  Greg and Marianne Graham will join Chef Nicholas in introducing each course.  $65
