Common Areas and Amenities at the Tallman Hotel

Guests are invited to relax in the parlor or dining room of the historic hotel, to wander about the gardens, and to enjoy the pool and spa facilities. The deep end of the pool runs lengthwise so adults can swim full laps while children play on the opposite side. Complimentary hi-speed wireless internet is available throughout the property and wired internet connections are included in all guestrooms.

The Blue Wing Saloon & Cafe next door is a beautifully crafted reproduction of a watering hole by the same name that stood on this site until Prohibition in the 1920s. Opened in 2005, the Saloon is now a popular spot for local residents as well as hotel guests. It is open from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm seven days a week and serves a great variety of California comfort food together with a wide selection of local wines, wine-based cocktails and draft beers.

The Tallman Hotel is also an ideal spot for corporate retreats, conferences, family reunions, special events and business meetings of all types. The light and airy Conference Center, located next to the historic hotel, seats up to 20 around the antique conference table and there is ample room for additional seating. The room boasts high speed internet connections, TV/DVD, projection screen and other essential meeting materials. Full service catering is available using the hotel kitchen and dining room. The dining room features a beautiful hand-painted mural of local wildlife. A complimentary continental breakfast is served daily to hotel guests. Daily selections vary but generally include fresh-baked croissants and scones, yogurts, fresh fruit, and an assortment of juices, coffee, and tea.
